Eligibility: Who should attend? Persons between the ages of 18-35, associated with any of the categories below who is seeking information on ways to contribute to the development of the youth in Africa. Applicants older than 35 are welcome to attend as observers. - Civil Society Organization/NGO (Note that you must be registered and operating in any African country as such)
- Individuals(should be a Youth Worker or demonstrate some level of commitmenttowards youth development in his/her respective country
Language Allevents at the African Youth and Governance Conference, Accra - Ghanawill be carried out in English. Interpretation would be available in other languages including French. This may be the samefor all other communications including application process. Visas to Ghana - It is the responsibility of each participant to find out if he/she requires a Visa to enter Ghana.
- Incase you need a visa to enter Ghana, the Central Conference Secretariatshall provide an individual introductory letter upon request tofacilitate the process.
- We recommend you start the process at least 4-weeks prior to your planned date of travel.
Health / Vaccination It is recommended you check with your health authorities or travel agent the vaccinations you require to travel to Ghana. Note Theevent organizers reserve the right to deny or withdraw the right toparticipate in the Youth and Governance Conference, Accra 2010 whenit is established that false information was provided duringregistration processes or a delegate/participant is found to beinvolved in any criminal act either before or during the period of theconference |
