ACCOMODATION

Register First, Then Confirm Your Participation:
Delegates the 2010 Annual Conference will need to register for the conference and make full payment before receiving confirmation ID #. The quickest way to receive confirmation ID # is to provide the Conference Secretariat with an e-mail address.
All registration must be handled through Conference Secretariat. Reservations should be made prior to March 31, 2010. After that date registration will be closed.

When making your registration/ confirmations by phone, please have the following information ready: Name of Conference registrant.
•    Type of housing (Resident/ Non resident)
•    Arrival and departure dates.
•    Number of persons in party.
•    Any special requirements due to disability.
•    Phone number.
•    Mailing address.

All registration should be made prior to March 31, 2010. Room availability and special Conference rates cannot be guaranteed after that date.

Payments, Confirmation, Arrival, Changes, etc:
Payments: A deposit guarantee is required for each reservation and can be made by a check, or money order. If you wish to send a check, please send to the AYG Conference Secretariat P. O. Box C5543 Cantonments- Accra, Ghana. All check payments must be received by March 31, 2010..
Confirmation: The Conference Secretariat will send you a written acknowledgement. Please read your confirmation immediately and carefully to verify all information.

Arrival: All delegates are to arrive by the night of 9th August, 2010.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds: All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the Conference Secretariat prior to April 20, 2010. Cancellations received after April 20th will incur a penalty: one night's room plus tax by forfeiture of your check. Likewise, should you fail to arrive on your confirmed date, the same penalties will apply, and your reservation will be canceled for the remainder of your stay.

Self Hosting:
All resident delegates will be hosted by the Conference Secretariat at the conference hostel. Any delegate interested in housing him/herself in a hotel can be assisted by the Secretariat but the cost being borne the delegate.
*$50- $250 per night at guesthouses, lodges and hotels depending on the class.
