ACCOMODATION

All confirmed delegates are entitled to a comfortable accommodation facility. Delegates should state or specify the type of housing facility of interest ( Residential  (Hostel ), Non Residential (Self accommodation / Hotel )

All registration should be made prior to April 30, 2012. Room availability and special Conference rates cannot be guaranteed after that date.

Payments, Confirmation, Arrival, Changes, etc:
Payments: A deposit guarantee is required for each reservation and can be made by a check, or money order. If you wish to send a check, please send to the AYG Conference Secretariat P. O. Box C5543 Cantonments- Accra, Ghana. All check payments must be received by April 30, 2012..
Confirmation: The Conference Secretariat will send you a written acknowledgement. Please read your confirmation immediately and carefully to verify all information.

Arrival: All delegates are to arrive by the night of 7th August, 2012.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds: All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the Conference Secretariat prior to May 31, 2012. Cancellations received after April 20th will incur a penalty: one night's room plus tax by forfeiture of your check. Likewise, should you fail to arrive on your confirmed date, the same penalties will apply, and your reservation will be canceled for the remainder of your stay.

Self Hosting:
All resident delegates will be hosted by the Conference Secretariat at the conference hostel. Any delegate interested in housing him/herself in a hotel can be assisted by the Secretariat but the cost being borne the delegate.
*$50- $250 per night at guesthouses, lodges and hotels depending on the class.
